presidentiltä on tullut tavallista enemmän tontinrajan ylityksiä. komlen vuorokauden neg korona taiLento- ja laivamatkustajilta. Ei autolla tai junalla saapuvilta. Mutta Suomessa sama: joko neg.testi+pieni karanteeni saapuessa tai testi saapuessa+karanteeni+toinen testi.
